Universe – Geller, Freedman and Kaufmann 11th ed

You need to purchase 1 term of Achieve for HW to gain access to do the HW.

We are not able to cover the entire textbook in 10 weeks but will focus on specific topics.

It is critical to get access to the Achieve HW as a part of the book (ebook or hardcopy)

Astronomy is extremely dynamic as you may have seen recently with POSSIBLE evidence for life (Phosphine biomarker molecule detected) in the atmosphere of Venus but disputed, recent gravitational wave detection’s, asteroid threats, new exoplanets etc. 


Canvas – we are no longer using Gauchospace


HW:  Use your Canvas account to access HW. You can also reach the HW site below (you should NOT need to do this as Canvas integration is enabled). Speak with the TA is issues.
